Commonwealth Digital Education Leadership Training in Action (C-DELTA) programme is offered free as add-on course for students of Odisha State Open University (OSOU). After completion of this course the student will be awarded a digital certificate by the president of Common Wealth of Learning (COL), Canada, which will be added value on degree obtained from the OSOU. Further this will be reflected in the grade card issued by OSOU as value added add-on course for every student who are successfully completing both OSOU and C-Delta Programme.
