4th Convocation

Odisha State Open University is holding the 4th Convocation on 29th December 2020 at 11:30 AM through virtual mode via YouTube Live. Prof. Ram G. Takwale, former Vice-chancellor, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) shall be the chief guest on this occasion.
