Notification for Term End Examination December 2022 (1st Semester)

• Exam Form Fill-up Starts on:-  16^th February 2023
• Exam Form Fill-up Ends on:-    28th February 2023  26^th February 2023
• Exam Fees for each Course:-   Rs. 200/-

PRE-REQUISITE FOR SUBMISSION OF EXAM FORM:

• Registration for the course(s) is valid and not time barred.
• Minimum duration for appearing in course(s) have been completed.

PROCESS OF EXAM FORM SUBMITTION:-

• The exam form MUST be filled with utmost care and accuracy. No request for change of Course and Examination Centre shall be entertained after wards.
• PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE EXAM FORM FOR ALL THE COURSES FOR WHICH EXAMS TO BE APPEARED ARE FILLED IN ONE INSTANCE ONLY.
• Payment can be made through online mode only. Examination fee once paid shall neither be adjusted nor refunded in any case.
• Once all the parts of the examination form are filled, the summary of the same will be reflected on screen before proceeding for payment. Check the same carefully to avoid future consequences.
• Take the print out of the acknowledgement for future reference.
• In case the payment is deducted but no acknowledgement receipt is generated, the student is advised to wait for 72 working hours to check the status of the Examination Form.
• If no status appears, it is required to re submit the examination form. For refund of deducted amount, please send an email to info@osou.ac.in with subject line as "Refund of Excess Exam Fee <Enrollment Number>".
• A mere exercisining of the option to choose a perticular exam centre does not entitle the candidate to write the exam in the same centre. The University reserves the right to allot the candidate to a nearby examination centre from operational and administrative convenience.
